If your tracking number can't be found at the moment please wait patiently. The tracking information will be displayed within 3-5 days after the shipping company has sent out the package. If it's not available in the carrier's system yet, you may check back later.
PROCESSING TIME
Our processing time including order verification, crafting, assembling, quality check, and packaging will be up to 1-3 business days before shipping.
*If you choose the priority processing option (EUR 1.97) it will be shipped the day after it is purchased.
